Here are the ingredients you’re going to need: banana, avocado, unsweetened cocoa powder, rice milk (or any plant milk of your choice) and maple syrup (or any other sweetener). I also added vanilla extract, but it’s optional. Add your favorite toppings, I added coconut whipped cream and caramel syrup.

Healthy food is so easy and make you feel amazing. There are so many delicious guilt free desserts you can make in less than 5 or 10 minutes and they will nourish your body.

Although you can use any sweetener you want, I recommend you to use a liquid sweetener like maple or agave syrup, homemade date syrup or any molasses. If you use other sweeteners like sugar or stevia, add more bananas or avocado if your pudding is not creamy or more milk if it’s too thick.

Have you tried the coconut whipped cream? I LOVE it! It’s the best cream I’ve ever tried and is really easy to make. Only 2 ingredients needed! Store bought vegan whipped cream is okay, but this homemade coconut whipped cream tastes amazing and is healthier.
